Administrator, Sound and Music


An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our team on a full time basis. The post holder will act as an assistant to the programme delivery team whilst managing the day -to -day administrative requirements of the office. Duties will include the following: arranging and coordinating logistics including internal and external meetings, minuting team meetings, dealing with external enquiries, meeting and greeting external parties, administrative support for aspects of programme delivery and ensuring that everything runs smoothly for everyone in the office. The post holder will also be responsible for managing the equipment in the office and relationships with outsourced suppliers/ maintenance contracts including managing Sound and Music's IT support providers.  We are looking for someone who is highly organised, good team player,  IT literate, excellent communication skills, has a passion for contemporary arts and who has previous experience of dealing with customers/ members of the public and managing suppliers and external contractors.
