Administrator, Tri-borough Music Hub

Description

The award-winning Tri-borough Music Hub is seeking a new Administrator to help support our busy service.

The successful applicant will be a capable administrator who is skilled at managing their workload and meeting deadlines with minimal supervision. They will also have excellent customer service skills and be a good team player with excellent verbal, written and numeracy skills.

This is a busy position working Monday-Friday, 36 hours per week with occasional early morning and evening working as and when required to meet the needs of the service. There may also be occasional Saturday morning work to cover absences of the Music Centre Administrator. Based at the Lyric Theatre Hammersmith, the postholder will need to travel to partner premises to minute meetings and help out at events. We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to work in conjunction with the Music Centre Administrator to meet the administrative needs of our busy service.

This position would suit a candidate looking for a varied role in education administration who enjoys working with children. The role will have specific responsibility for areas including school Service Level Agreements, pupil data, after-school music centre and ensemble timetabling, new tutor recruitment, examinations and events, so managing a varied workload is pivotal to this role.

Given the nature of our service, this role would be best suited to someone with experience in arts administration or from a musical or other creative background, however applications from all previous areas of work / study are welcome.
