Entertainment Booker/client relationship co-ordinator, Trevor George Ltd


One of the UK’s leading suppliers of entertainment for events is looking for a bright, enthusiastic, driven person to join their small, friendly entertainment company based in Torquay.

Here’s a summary of the kinds of responsibilities we'll be looking for you to tackle:

  • Organising and attending meetings with prospective new clients
  • Spending time building relationships with clients -soft selling
  • Writing creative proposals to clients who are looking for unique entertainment ideas as well as for clients who are happier with standard entertainment
  • Looking at new acts and performers on the entertainment circuit and figuring out ways to incorporate them in your proposals
  • Potentially attending events to ensure their smooth running

And this is what they’d like to see from you:

  • Great multi-tasking, time-management, written and oral communication skills
  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday plus potentially very occasional evenings
  • You know your way around a computer
  • Confident attitude, happy to work under challenging situations
  • A good sense of humour and the ability to work under your own initiative
  • Sociable personality, a love of entertainment, driving licence and car a plus
