Description

Folio Theatre Company is seeking a dynamic, motivated and resourceful individual to join us as Executive Producer (freelance, fixed term) as we enter a new and exciting phase of development. This new role will work with our Artistic Director in redefining the strategic direction of the company, as we redefine who we are, what we do and how we work while navigating the challenges and opportunities of 2020.

This is a pivotal new role, suited to an individual who is an innovative leader committed to driving change, structural reform, and in meaningfully questioning and challenging the company’s and sector’s current working models.

For more information on the company, the role and details on how to apply, please follow this link to our website to view or download the application pack.

CONTRACT TERM: The project is expected to commence in late July 2020 and be completed by the end of November. This role will initially be undertaken entirely remotely, and continue to operate largely in this way. As such, location is not a consideration.

This is a temporary role that has the potential to develop into a more permanent position, funding dependent.

The work will be mainly independent on a day to day basis but will involve frequent liaison with the Artistic Director, as well as some contact with freelancers.

FEE: This is a fixed term freelance and part time contract from July 2020 – November 2020. There is a total fee of £5,200 for the post. We expect this to cover around 26 days work at a daily rate of £200, however the number of days/schedule is to be agreed and offered dependent on experience - up to a maximum daily rate £260 for a minimum of 20 days work. This position is supported by Arts Council England.
