Finance & Management Administrator, Sampad South Asian Arts Development


15 hours per week, permanent position

Salary: £20,751 - £22,464 pro rata 15 hours

Hours: 15 hours

Location: Sampad offices, Midlands Arts Centre

Purpose of position


An important role in this small team, you will be responsible the administration of finances and governance for the company.

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team! You will be a proactive self-starter with excellent attention to detail and strong administration skills, eager to play key part in our ambitious plans for the future, which include celebrating the 30th Anniversary of Sampad this year.

Key Responsibilities

The Finance and Management Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day financial processes of Sampad. You will maintain accurate and robust accounting records using the XERO Cloud Accounting software and work with the Sampad team to ensure that finance systems are well maintained. Working with the Executive Director and freelance Finance Consultant you will assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual accounts and cash flow projections to assist company planning and to report to the Board of Directors and key funders.

The Finance & Management Administrator will also support the management of Sampad’s governance, providing administrative support to Sampad’s Board and sub committees.
