Freelance Inclusive Dance Teachers & Choreographers, Step Change Studios

Step Change Studios is an award-winning inclusive dance company that provides opportunities for disabled and non-disabled people to dance. We support all ages and abilities, from grassroots to professional level. We provide classes; deliver dance in education, social care, healthcare, arts and leisure, and community settings; and we create bespoke dance projects and performances. We want to help remove barriers to participation and enable more people to dance.

We love what we do and we need more great people to help us do it... We have freelance opportunities in the areas of teaching dance online (so you may be based anywhere in the UK) and face-to-face (work is currently mostly based in London and the South East), and creating performance work for bespoke projects.  We’re looking for professional dance teachers and choreographers (any dance form) with experience of working with D/deaf or Disabled people, or people with long-term health conditions to join our freelance team. We value people who are proactive, creative, reliable, empathetic, organised, and committed to supporting every person's potential.

Rates: £30-40 per hour (teaching).
