Rideout (Creative Arts for Rehabilitation) is one of the country’s leading arts organisations specialising in work within the criminal justice system. We are currently building our pool of freelance workers in respect of new work that is likely to available from Autumn 2010 onwards.

We are looking for freelance arts practitioners who have experience of facilitating workshops and/or creative learning programmes. Whilst not essential, experience of working with offenders within the criminal justice system (either in custody or the community) would be an advantage. Some, but not all, of the work will involve drama and improvisation.

Successful candidates will be required to undergo an enhanced CRB check and be subject to security vetting by the prison service.
