Graduate Producer (Festivals) Internship, Severn Arts


The Graduate Producer is a varied and challenging full-time, fixed term role to work within the Festivals team working directly on a day to day basis with the Producer and Festival Director.

The successful candidate will be expected to have good people skills, a positive, ‘can-do’ approach, the ability to work, and thrive, under pressure.

The Graduate Producer will play a key role in the success of the Festivals programme, working closely with the Producer alongside, artists and partners across the city. Alongside having some experience of working closely with artists / companies from a range of artistic disciplines either through College / University or own projects.

The successful candidate will have a keen interest in festivals and outdoor work with some direct experience of producing either through College / University or own projects. The Graduate Producer will work closely with both the Festivals Director and The Festivals Producer, to play a key role in embedding the festivals within the City as it grows into a new cultural destination.

This is a fixed term one year contract which will run from December 2019 to 31st December 2020.
