The Head of Food & Beverage leads Park Theatre’s catering operation, in particular running Park Cafe Bar, which operates over two bars serving up to 400 people per evening. Reporting day to day to the Executive Director, as well as quarterly to the Park Theatre Cafe Bar Board of Directors, the Head of Food & Beverage is responsible for the day to day operation of the Cafe Bar, ensuring that staff are trained, engaged and motivated, and excellent customer service standards always maintained. They will create and implement a business strategy that maintains the ethos of Park Theatre whilst also maximising profitability. In addition, they will also work with the Sales & Marketing and Development Departments, as well as visiting producers, to cater events, such as press nights and in-house fundraising galas.
