Head of Ticketing, Coventry City of Culture Trust

Coventry City of Culture Trust was set up in 2015 to bid to be UK City of Culture in 2021. Now that we have been successful in securing the prestigious title, we are recruiting the team ready to deliver an amazing build-up programme, an ambitious UK City of Culture year in 2021 and legacy.

The Trust is looking to appoint an experienced Head of Ticketing to lead the City of Culture ticketing operations with The Ticket Factory. The postholder will be responsible for working with the Senior Management Team to deliver the Trust’s ticketing strategy to achieve ambitious audience targets and an associated loyalty programme.

The postholder will liaise with external promoters, venue partners and local organisations to ensure consistent ticketing across City of Culture events and ensure accessibility across the Trust’s ticketing operations both in terms of physical locations and accessible pricing.
