Health, Safety and Security Administrator, Southbank Centre

Description

We are looking for a Health & Safety Administrator to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Health, Safety and Security Team. You will manage all related internal and some external health, safety and security related training sessions, including administration of staff attendance, room bookings to logging attendance records, in liaison with the HR Assistant where required. You will also need to carry out basic health, safety and security related tasks under guidance. 

We are looking for someone who will have the ability to work autonomously or as part of a team, with a positive ‘we can’ attitude. You will need loads of initiative with the ability to think on your feet and have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle challenging situations and people. IOSH Managing Safely Certificate or willingness to undertake is essential, but working towards the NEBOSH or with the desire to do so is desirable.
