HR Administrator, The Lowry

HR Administrator – 37.5 hours per week, £20,000 per annum plus staff benefits

The Lowry is an internationally acclaimed cultural landmark situated at the heart of MediaCityUK, one of the world’s most exciting culture and media destinations.

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our team to provide a high quality administration service and support The Lowry’s HR department supporting the Head of HR and HR Advisor in a range of HR matters including recruitment and employee relations.

The duties of the HR Administrator will include administering and coordinating The Lowry’s recruitment and selection process, delivering an effective induction process for all new starters in turn with the HR advisor and supporting the implementation and maintenance of the People HR system.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and focused individual with a commitment to a career in HR. The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified, will have excellent written and organisational skills and will have high attention to detail. Experience of administration within an HR department and previous experience of using a personnel software system is desirable.
