HR Advisor, Science Museum Group


Do you have experience of working in an advisory capacity providing HR support to managers? Are you able to form great relationships with stakeholders and be tenacious when managing challenging situations?

As HR Advisor, you will actively support managers on HR matters, particularly discipline, grievance, performance, absence and occupational health. As well as supporting their shift from reactive to proactive resource planning, you will partner with them to plan recruitment campaigns that attract, select and welcome the right people to SMG.  

You will be able to provide business-focused solutions to HR problems and show effective communication skills in forming strong relationships with your client groups.
