Independent Chair, National Dance Network

Description

The National Dance Network (NDN) is seeking a new Independent Chair to lead and champion its collaborative work to achieve a thriving, risk taking and confident dance sector across the UK.

NDN is a meeting point of organisations whose role is in creation, development and presentation of dance as a contemporary art form. It currently comprises 26 members across the UK.

NDN wishes to recruit a dynamic and experienced individual who will facilitate the leadership, management and advocacy of NDN. The Independent Chair will work closely with the NDN Executive Group and NDN Coordinator to ensure the network remains a progressive and efficient grouping and delivers effectively against its key objectives.  

Contract term:         Optimum of 2 years, with a minimum of 1 year and maximum of 4 years

                                    10 days per annum. Commencing November 2019.

 

Remuneration:        £400 per day
