Brief for the Creation of a Visitors, Place, Markets, Arts and Culture Plan

“A Place of Culture to Visit and Explore”

Experts in building social capital are required to work with RBKC officers, and residents, to co-create a Plan based on the cross-cutting themes within Our Council Plan, that capitalise on the talents and possibilities contained within our local cultural temples, leaders/providers and individual creatives in the borough, to ignite the imaginations and ambitions. When implemented, the result will be a borough of cultural confidence, with the Council at the heart working in a connectivity role. 

A maximum budget of £20,000 is available for this work
