Lighting Designer, Flux Intermedia


Lighting Designer required:

Flux intermedia R+D

Flux intermedia seeks a lighting designer for an initial R+D phase of an exciting new intermedia performance work. 


One week in early December (dates currently TBC)






Flux intermedia is a new company producing intermedia work that follows the traditions of the Fluxus group of artists. This initial R+D period will combine experimental/contemporary dance, experimental music, creative lighting, live visuals and live/performance writing. Eight artists from these different areas will work together over a week’s research and development period, culminating in a live public performance.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Creating lighting design for and during the R+D, working closely with the rest of the creative team
  • Running the lights during the final performance

This is a self-employed position. We encourage applications from artists of all backgrounds and life-experiences.
