PA to Property Director, Southbank Centre


Southbank Centre is a world-famous, multi-venue arts centre in London, with a dynamic year-round artistic programme and an inclusive ethos. The site is home to the much loved Royal Festival Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall, Purcell Room, Hayward Gallery, National Poetry Library, and Arts Council Collection of visual art, as well as all the indoor and outdoor performance, cafe and retail spaces in between. Southbank Centre is proud to be the UK’s only permanent festival site.

We are looking for a PA to the Property Director to provide efficient administration assistance for the Property Director and other members of the Property Group.   The role involves managing diaries and scheduling meetings, dealing with face to face and phone enquiries on behalf of the Property Director, and providing administrative support across the range of the department’s work including meetings, financial processes, filing systems, correspondence and projects.

The ideal candidate will have strong administration skills with experience of administrative work together with a proactive approach to work, and will be experienced in managing multiple priorities with the ability to stay calm under pressure.  Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish good working relationships with a wide range of colleagues and external customers are essential, as are strong team working skills and IT skills.
