Relationship Manager, Engagement & Participation

Salary: £29,000 (pro rata) plus excellent package of benefits

Contract type: Permanent working, job share, 2 days Thursday & Friday, 14 hours per week

This is a great opportunity to be part of a newly restructured organisation and dynamic team, working across the West Midlands region to deliver Arts Council England’s mission of great art for everyone. We are looking for an experience individual who brings knowledge and expertise around participation and engagement in the arts, someone with a track record of working with partners to deliver high quality audience development and who is able to drive forward our commitment to a regional engagement campaign for the arts with a focus in the Black Country as well as strengthening areas such as customer retention across the region. The post holder will also work with a portfolio of clients including some of our world class arts organisations and local authorities.
