A proactive team that exels at collaborative working we have set ambitious EBITDA growth and are looking for a talented and enthusiastic individual to assist the venue in achieving its goals. Often the ‘go to person’ the role of venue administrator is central to our success and reputation.
The role is vital in enabling the smooth running of the venue. Serving as a link between departments, customers and head office strong, positive communication skills and a can do attitude are necessary. We are looking for someone who can remain calm under pressure, is able to prioritise, has a keen eye for detail, an interest in the workings of a commercial theatre and who is equally happy working alone or as part of our hard working team. All this whilst exercising absolute discretion!
- Inputting of payroll and financial settlements
- Issuing and maintaining training records and HR related admin
- Dealing with producer/customer correspondence
- Assisting all departments with admin related matters
- Key liaison for local hires and events
