Youth & Community Manager, Kiln Theatre

Kiln Theatre is looking to recruit a dynamic Youth & Community Manager to develop and deliver its youth and community work as part of the wider Creative Engagement programme. During lockdown, Kiln Theatre continued their core work with local, young people. As they look to the autumn, they are finding new ways to help our community of Brent as reopening plans solidify.

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a critical and central role within Kiln Theatre’s Creative Engagement team with the chance to grow and make the role your own. The Youth & Community Manager role requires a creative and well-organised individual to produce, plan, develop and manage Kiln Theatre’s community engagement projects and existing Young Companies. This role will focus on the development of both youth and community programmes in the aftermath of COVID and in dialogue with local communities.

Deadline: Monday 24 August at 10am
