Craft Studio for hire, Making Space

Two vacancies have become available for professional makers looking for their first studio space.

Making Space is a purpose-built craft venue in Havant, Hampshire, with seven professional studios. These start-up spaces are intended for creatives at the beginning or early stages of their careers. Tenants will have 24/7 access to their studio, with parking, heating, water and wifi provided. Electricity is metered so tenants are charged only for what they use.

As well as the facilities, our residents also benefit from ongoing support from the Making Space staff, frequent networking opportunitites and two Open Studio events each year.

Making Space is now taking applications for new tenants on initial, two-year leases with the opportunity to extend. Rent for a single maker is £222 per month, and studio-share is also possible, with each individual paying £172 per month.
