              FilmMerton presents: The Martinez Three Guest Curator Season

Award-winning comedian, writer, actor Francesca Martinez, who describes her cerebral palsy as feeling 'a bit wobbly', has chosen films for FilmMerton which focus on social justice and the absurdity of modern life.

Dates & Films:

14 August – I, Daniel Blake (15)

Ken Loach’s acclaimed film about a sick man battling the benefits system

15 August – Sicko (12)

Michael Moore takes a forensic look at US health care provision and finds it to be in a state of sickness

16 August – Captain Fantastic (15)

A quirky story which follows a family who returns to society after living in isolation for many years
