Love Your Voice, a day course for anyone that speaks in public, act up

Love Your Voice starts again on Wednesday 9th October (11.00am-6.00pm) , all details can be found here

Brilliant Ben Livingstone running the course focuses on both the physical and vocal aspects that should be applied so you feel audible, relaxed and effective when speaking in public.

Standing and speaking in front of people with confidence
strengthening the voice and developing breath control
articulating words and ideas effectively
creating spatial and physical awareness
utilising body language effectively
controlling stress and nerves
The course is suitable for anyone that has to speak in public, be it for work or for personal reasons.
No preparation is required.

Ben describing the course  "How you use the voice and body is at the heart of your personal influence and is key to your own sense of empowerment. It is also central to your personality, your presence in a room, your humanity in the workplace. This means the work we will undertake is sensitive and personal. It offers the possibility of change and growth; this is both exciting and, for some, very challenging – we are rightly attached to our sense of self and working the voice and body can sometimes provoke quite profound shifts. This workshop aims to develop authentic, personal techniques in communication and presentation, extending your range and overcoming tension or inhibition."
