Make a felt painting or a 3D vessel with Tabletop Workshops, Purr & Wag It

Make a felt painting or a 3D vessel using traditional wet felting techniques with Purr & Wag It's Tabletop Workshops based less than 10 minutes walk from Denmark Hill station, SE London.

Next available dates are 15th February for 2D felt painting and 21st March for 3D seam free vessels.

Briefly, in the 2D you’ll learn how to make flat felt, blend colours and then using your own reference material create a simple figurative or abstract image on top.    In 3D you’ll learn a slightly different technique using a “resist”.  Lastly, in both workshops, you’ll learn how to transform the loose fibres into a textile.

Everything you need is provided including teas, homemade cake or fruit.

Contact Heather on 07956 327603 or take a look at Purr & Wag It’s website for more information.
