Men's Mental Health Artist Drop-In, The Growth House

  • London, Anywhere in UK
  • dance, film, music, theatre, visual arts
  • Samuel Dunstan

This online drop-in, as part of International Men’s Day, is for male identifying artists and practitioners to come together, talk about how we’re coping and share ways we can help each other through the added pressure of lockdown.

Inspired by the work of local community groups and larger charities such as Andy’s Man Club and Men UP North, this session aims to create an environment that promotes honesty and authenticity. We believe that having a space with other men to talk about our experiences, emotions, beliefs and ideas can help us stay positive even in the most adverse of times.

This session will take place on Zoom. There is no pressure to have your camera on.

When? Thursday 19th November @ 19:30
Who? Anyone is welcome that fits the following:
- Identifies as male
- Works in the performing arts sector
- Over 18 years of age
