New Funding Call from the UKRI Closing The Gap Network+, Department of Health Sciences, University of York

Description

UKRI Closing The Gap Network+ announces their second round of funding where they seek to support new and innovative research that works across disciplines to help understand and reduce the health gap for people with severe mental ill health; specifically, for people with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and psychosis. The funding call opened on Monday, July 13th 2020.

The network's research themes are: Green and Blue Space, Big Data, Digital Technologies, Arts & Creativity, Health & Social Inequality and Knowledge Mobilisation.

In this funding round, they particularly encourage applications from people who work in the area of Arts and Creativity to see if and how we can use Arts and Creativity to understand and reduce the health gap people with severe mental ill health (SMI) experience.
