Counterpoise is a new international and interdisciplinary initiative to improve the gender balance in the creative industries.

Our 6-month pilot programme is designed to help participants thrive financially as well as creatively. It works on two levels. Each peer group has 5-6 women from various creative disciplines.  They meet once a month to discuss progress and challenges, share advice and provide accountability. There are three different locations: one in London, one in Copenhagen and one online.

Once a month all the peer groups meet each other online for an interactive session facilitated by the seasoned coach, social entrepreneur and musician Rachael Perrin. Using various personal, creative and entrepreneurial tools, participants will be guided through the process of creating a long-term professional strategy.

We have a very interesting bunch of women signed up already, but there's still one spot left in London and one online if you'd like to join them.

Programme start: January 28th.

Introductory price: £150.

Application deadline: January 21st
