At this online workshop you'll discover how to develop the skills of reflective practice, explore why reflection is critical to learning and take away practical strategies to create time to think about your work.

What will I gain?

— An understanding of the importance of personal reflection for your personal and professional development

— Practical strategies for making the time to think and reflect

— A feeling of being affirmed, sustained and confident in your own practice

Who is it for?

This workshop is for anyone in a leadership role. You may have manager in your job title, or head up a department  or small/medium organisation.

  • AMA member/Arts Council England NPO: £55 + VAT
