Physical Theatre Courses - Spring Term, Facciocose

Are you a performing artist or actor who wants to learn physical theatre techniques to improve and enrich your movement vocabulary, and gain more work opportunities with physical theatre companies? 

These Physical Theatre Courses are a great chance for performing artists to explore Jacques Lecoq’s Pedagogy, Physical Theatre and Devising Techniques. 

We run a Beginners and Devising Technique Courses. Both Courses are 10 weeks long, with one evening class every week. You can pick the Course you feel suits you best: 

DATES: 21st April-30th June

"THE MOVING BODY"- Beginner Level 

Improvisation, movement analysis, mime, embodiment, to discover the expressive possibilities of your body. Develop self-awareness, understand organic movement, the dynamics of flow, and levels of tension.

Every Thursday, 7-10pm at Centre 151

Early Bird Fee: £ 240 until 22nd March

General Fee: £ 290 

"THE DEVISING COURSE” + FINAL PERFORMANCE

Learn to create a theatre performance through devising techniques. Dramaturgical devising, research-led process, ensemble movement. Stimulate, research, create, devise. 

Every Tuesday, 7-10pm  at Brady Arts & Community Centre

Early Bird Fee: £ 270 until 22nd March

General Fee: £ 320
