PLAYWRIGHTS' WORKSHOPS -       'WRITING SHORT PLAYS'

4th, 11th, 18th and 25th MAY 2019 10.30 to 12.30 p.m.  COST £20 EACH WORKSHOP          

GIVEN BY CAROLINE SUMMERFIELD, ARTISTIC DIRECTOR, NATURA CONTEMPORARY THEATRE

SUITABLE  FOR BEGINNERS &  EXPERIENCED WRITERS

Venue: The Suffolk Anthology Bookshop

Suitable for both beginners and exereienced playwrights.These workshops are designed to provide a relaxed environment within which to read and discuss your work with a potential showcase before an invited audience. By the end of these workshops you should aim to have completed a production quality script suitable for the many opportunities which now exist for 10-15 minute plays for the stage, radio or film.  Practical tuition applicable to all participants will be given by Caroline Summerfield at every workshop so everyone attending will benefit. Whilst you may join the workshops at anytime,   please note that in Week One a quick guide to the structural elements in a play will be given.
