Turps Gallery presents 'Zündung', an exhibition featuring painters from the Malerinnen NetzWerk (MNW) based in Berlin and Leipzig. British painter Rose Wylie will also be featured as an invited artist of the network. Zündung, meaning ignition, is the spark that catches when different positions encourage, stimulate and engage with each other. It also shows how individual positions can be supported through discussion within a network. The MNW was founded in 2015 and is a non-profit registered association of 28 female painters. The network is focused on personal exchange and serves as both a platform for dialogue and as support for female painters in the contemporary art world.

TURPS MAGAZINE ISSUE 20 LAUNCH

Turps Magazine, first published in 2005, has now reached its landmark Issue 20 and will be launched on Friday 20th July. Copies of the latest issue will be available to purchase and there will also be a selection of back copies to buy at a discounted price if you're missing any from your collection!

TURPS OPEN STUDIOS

Painters from the Turps Studio Programme 2017/18 will be hosting their final open studios for this year before their end of year show in August.
