APRIL @ IB6 - The Oubliette are preparing for an ambitious three-week long theatre festival showcasing brand new work by bold and innovative theatre companies.

CRITERIA

Companies must be pitching a project that can be brought to life within a
matter of weeks.

The piece should not have been performed elsewhere (at least not in it's current form)

Preference will be given to companies who do not currently receive any recognized pubic or private sector funding.

The Oubliette can offer support in the form of possible rehearsal space if needed and a wide range of contacts etc. However the company should look to be self sufficient and bring all that they need into the space with them. The Oubliette cannot offer financial support.

HOW TO APPLY

Please submit a concise synopsis of the proposed piece and information about the company to ib6@theoubliette.co.uk by Friday 20th February 2010. Please include any links to video showreels and websites that are appropriate and keep any attachments under 1mb.

The season will also feature talks, debates, networking events and the launch of the Oubliette writers room. Anyone who wishes to submit/suggest an event please also contact the email above.
