This Shropshire Council funded arts project is a movement and visual arts collaboration, bringing together activities to promote embodied learning and body positivity.

----
Inspired by the Five Ways to Wellbeing (Connect, Give, Take Notice, Keep Learning and Be Active), we have produced five video sessions each involving a movement session followed by an arts session on the same theme. The films are no longer than 25 minutes in length. The films are aimed mostly at adults but are suitable for any age and to do as a family.
We're not able to print physical resources under our budget but would be happy for you to do so under your organisation.
