Yoga & Contemporary Dance with Julie Havelund-Willett, Centre 151

Description

These open level classes build on Julie's training in - and many years of teaching Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, and Contemporary Dance.
We will explore nurturing, nourishing elements of yoga (both asana and pranayama practice), and more dynamic and creative elements from contemporary dance.
Each class will build from the previous, as well as introducing new concepts.
Expect to smile, sweat, and surprise yourself - To flow, have fun and find freedom more in your body.
