The role is an opportunity for young designers to take their first steps into a commercial design environment.  Working with a range of big brand clients across industry sectors, our Art Workers are exposed to a variety of projects from day one, creating design solutions fordigital/mobile based e-learning and marketing communications. We urge our team members to be open to trying new things, whether it is getting to grips with new programs or gaining a deeper understanding of the processes & techniques that we utilise – it’s a great way to become exposed to a variety of new tools, practices & processes.  

What does this role involve?

  • Producing graphics for a variety of e-learning projects: creating, sourcing and modifying imagery.
  • Experience of working with brand guidelines to design effective imagery.
  • Using and developing existing design skills to create illustrations and editorial style layouts.
  • Opportunity to use HTML when creating and manipulating e-learning pages.
  • Opportunity to work closely within project teams to develop and create bespoke animations.

Our successful candidate will have

  • Great layout and typography skills Excellent attention to detail.
  • A personable and flexible approach to new situations and new people.
  • Great communication skills to aid cross-department communication.
  • Desire to learn new processes and techniques to enhance design skills. 

We have access to the full suite of applications within the Adobe Creative Cloud and use LightWave for 3D projects. We also provide on the job training, mentor support and give individuals responsibilities with their team to help our Art Workers continuously develop their skills and widen their commercial experience.
