North East-based marketing agency, Crystallised, launches its first coaching scheme, giving three women from the region free advice, support and career development.

Six-year-old North East marketing agency, Crystallised, this month launches ‘Step Up’, a programme that subscribes to the ‘each one, teach one’ mantra. Whereby knowledge, skills and experience are passed on to support other people in their ambitions and goals.

Following twenty-five applications from women across the North of England, the first cohort of Crystallised for the programme has now been selected and are today announced as: 

  • Caitlin Feirn, 20, studying International Business Management at Newcastle University;

  • Chenxi Celine Gao, 22 studying Cross-Cultural Communication & Media at Newcastle University;

  • Jade Westerman, 24 who is employed by Durham University.
