The Coast is Queer: New LGBTQ+ Literature Festival, New Writing South & The Marlborough Theatre


The Coast Is Queer is a radical new festival for Brighton featuring the best LGBTQ+ voices in literature. Bringing together writers, performers, academics, activists and readers for a weekend of events, workshops, panel discussions and performances that celebrate queer lives and writing.

A collaboration between New Writing South and the Marlborough Theatre. Funded by Consortium. Supported by the University of Sussex and the University of Brighton.
