You’re hereby invited to join the Counterpoise peer coaching pilot programme.

Counterpoise is an international and interdisciplinary network to improve the gender balance in the creative industries. This is of course a huge task that will require lots of different approaches and partnerships. In the longer term we want to develop several solution models and create concrete new income streams for our members. But for now we are focused on launching our peer coaching programme.

This 6-month pilot programme is designed to help participants find a balance between creative freedom and financial sustainability. It combines small self-led peer groups with online sessions facilitated by a coach to guide the process.

The self-led groups, aka Pods, each have 5-6 women from various creative disciplines. They meet once a month to discuss progress and challenges, offer mutual support and provide accountability. There are three different locations: one group meets online, one in London and one in Copenhagen.

Once a month all three groups come together online for an additional session, aka The Circle.  These are facilitated by the seasoned coach, social entrepreneur and musician Rachael Perrin.  Using various creative and entrepreneurial tools, participants will explore their own values, goals and industry in order to create a long-term professional strategy.

Programme start: January 28th.

Deadline: As we only have a few places left, we will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis until January 21st.

Introductory price: £150.
