The A-Z of Organising an Exhibition is a one-day course aimed at those wanting to learn the key skills necessary to conceive, mount, and manage contemporary art exhibitions. You will be given an overview of all the key stages in the process from the initial planning through to the hanging and opening itself. The course is ideal for those with an interest in curating, exhibition making, arts management, arts education or practising artists wishing to put on their own exhibitions. The course will be delivered by Angela Kingston & Philip Sanderson. Angela was curator at Kettle's Yard, and the Ikon Gallery, her exhibitions have toured to: Angel Row Gallery, Camden Arts Centre, CCA, Plymouth Arts Centre, and the Towner to name but a few. Philip has worked as: gallery director/curator, arts consultant, reviewer, and arts practitioner
