Description

Culture Clearance | Deadline 26.11.20

Are you an Arts & Culture Worker facing redundancy or made newly redundant by a big arts organisation, gallery, museum or educational institution?

Culture Clearance is an exhibition run by Superfluous - a newly established project space in South London - and we would love for you to submit your work!

You don't have to be an artist, anyone who considers themselves an Arts & Culture Worker can contribute.

We are not looking for new work or work on theme of redundancy, rather the unifying theme is simply the great loss to the Arts that will be suffered by the current wave of cuts. A great many jobs are being lost by low-income, BAME workers and artists who are working in order to support their practices. We want to highlight this, and hope you will join us in our solidarity exhibition.

Everything in this exhibition is for sale. You decide the price of your work, but the proceeds will be shared between everyone contributing to the exhibition - even if their own work doesn't sell.

For full details on how to submit, please see our website: www.wearesuperfluous.com

If you have any questions at all, please use our contact email: contact@wearesuperfluous.com

Please share this information with anyone you think might like to contribute.
