Description

Work Effectively with your Fundraiser

Tuesday 19 February

10.15am to 4.15pm, £65 per person, Central Brighton

The day will provide information, advice and discussion on effective ways of engaging and working with fundraisers and development workers.

Aimed at small to medium sized arts organisations.

The engagement of fundraisers and development workers as members of staff and on a freelance basis has increased as cuts to public funding has impacted on arts organisations during the recession.

The levels within the hierarchy of fundraisers and development workers, their backgrounds, how they are paid and the level of engagement they have within programme planning vary across organisations.

What can be realistically expected of fundraisers and development workers and what they should expect from your organisation are key in realising results that will bring benefit not only in the short-term but for the future.
