 SPARKING THE EMBERS:a workshop combining glass making and relaxation.

Join us for a day of relaxation, creative visualisation & creativity by the seaside at Cromer!  Find peace, feel better and explore the magic of glass!

Switch off from the pressures of your day-to-day life; learn how to find that inner sanctuary deep relaxation can bring; connect to your creative imagination and emerge ready to create your own pair of earrings or other jewellery items.

Work with experienced glass artists, Annie Lloyd & Sue Purser Hope to create an enduring talisman which reconnects you to your inner space and looks fabulous. Annie has also been helping people learn powerfully effective and simple relaxation techniques for many years.

Dates: 1st March - 19th April -  17th May

Times: 10.00am until 4.00pm

Venue: The Red Lion , Brook Street, Cromer NR27 9HD

 Cost: £65 (excludes lunch)
