HR Administrator, Southbank Centre

We are looking for an HR Administrator to provide support to the HR team, with a particular focus on recruitment and training administration. The postholder will facilitate recruitment campaigns and interview processes with the HR Assistant and provide administrative support for a wide range of HR activities. You will support the Training and Learning Advisor to organise training sessions by organising room bookings, preparing training materials and recording attendance in the HR system. You will also be responsible for the administration of volunteer, freelancer and safeguarding data. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to start a career in HR, or looking for an opportunity to develop their administration skills further.

With experience of administrative work, you will be a confident communicator who is comfortable working with people from all backgrounds.  You will have great organisational and time management skills, and be able to organise and prioritise your own workload and pay close attention to detail. Good IT skills with experience of using databases are essential, as is the ability to stay calm under pressure and work flexibly as part of a team.
