We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual with strong experience of providing outstanding administrative support, who is keen to take on a new and challenging position.

As the Personal Assistant (PA) to the Chief Executive, Assistant to the Foundation and team leader for our seasonal assistants, you’ll be fulfilling a crucial role which underpins the work of the Foundation, drives our projects forward, and helps to ensure the organisation’s strategic objectives are fulfilled.

You’ll work closely with the Chief Executive, helping her to manage her workload and taking charge of her busy diary as well as a range of research and administrative tasks which support her multi-faceted role.

You'll have exceptional organisational, prioritisation and planning skills, strong IT skills, a keen eye for detail, be able to take the initiative and work independently and as a team player. You'll also have strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and be able to interact confidently with high level stakeholders and colleagues as a key representative of the CEO.

You’ll also work hard for other teams, helping to ensure our key projects are implemented efficiently and effectively.
