Artsadmin have a new opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Building Operations team!
The Operations and Theatre Technician will work as part of the Toynbee Studios building team at Artsadmin and be responsible to the Head of Operations. They will participate in the general maintenance of the building, theatre and studios equipment and assist with the public events at Toynbee Studios.
In this role, they will practically support the technical requirements of the Toynbee Studios programme, ensure that the studios and equipment are in excellent condition for hirers, tenants and visitors, and assist the Head of Operations in making sure the building is a safe, effective and pleasant place to work. This will include planning and delivering the routine maintenance and improvements to Toynbee Studios and the Arts Bar & Café, related to sustainability and efficiency of the building, as well as improved access.
This role is part of the Operations team which consists of the Head of Operations, the Admin & Studios Manager and the Admin Assistant.
This is a full time position and the post holder will be receive overtime or TOIL to work some evenings and weekends.
