Position: Contract – Fixed Term / Freelance
The successful candidate would be responsible for ‘the voice’ of social media for RGL and would be responsible for developing & implementing the social media strategy. In conjunction with the Marketing team and reporting to the Head of Marketing, they would help to create and significantly expand the company’s content strategy in order to drive engagement.
1-2 years’ experience within Facebook advertising environment and other paid social channels.
A strong understanding and experience of influence based marketing (ie., Christmas trails)
Good content creation and copy writing experience
Excellent understanding of all relevant platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and Instagram).
Proven experience of working with social media scheduling tools.
Strong reporting skills - Data driven – (analysis, data handling and segmentation).
An interest in new trends and techniques within the social space (eg. Chatbots which often have a higher open rate than email).
This person will be up to speed with current trends and changes within the social space (forms of content, algorithm changes and new features).
