Office Coordinator, Spektrix


The role

As Office Coordinator you will provide administration support to the Senior Management Team as well as responsibility for general office administration tasks. You will have great organisational skills who is detail orientated person and thrives in a fast-paced environment. It’s important that you’re someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting involved in whatever comes up that day. Whether it be greeting guests at the door, answering telephone enquiries or unpacking the weekly shopping.

You’ll know how to prioritise your own workload and be excellent at managing people’s expectations, but most importantly, you’ll be someone who brings a positive, can-do attitude to the business. 

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate diaries for the SMT ensuring the right meetings happen at the right time with the right people
  • Submitting expense claims for the SMT
  • Responsibility for internal communications at Spektrix ensuring that the right information is shared using the right channels
    • Responsibility for booking employee travel alongside the Office Coordinator
    • Support in the organisation of the Spektrix conference (venue logistics, catering and delegate management etc.)
    • Provide support for specific projects as needed across the business, working with people from different areas of the business when needed
    • Shared responsibility with the Office Coordinator for maintaining the office environment

Required experience:

  • You will need to have some experience of working in an admin role preferably within the technology or Arts sector
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to not get frustrated with last minute changes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
