My Cause UK offers you the chance to volunteer at the UK’s biggest festivals while making an impact for a cause you care about!
We are the UK’s leading festival volunteer community and thanks to our team of Hi-Vis Heroes so far we’ve donated almost £50,000 to 450 charities chosen by our volunteers.
It’s simple – you donate your time at festivals including Boomtown, Boardmasters and Noisily, and in return we make a cash donation to any charity you choose on your behalf. You don’t need to raise any money yourself.
This year, My Cause UK is offering a free Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Spectator Safety to anyone who signs up to volunteer with us at the beautiful Noisily Festival in Leicestershire in July.
This is a recognised qualification that is available to anyone aged 19+ who wants to gain experience in events. There are no minimum previous qualifications required.
The NVQ involves a training day followed up by two assessments carried out during one of your volunteer shifts with My Cause UK. The whole course will take place at the Noisily Festival site at Noseley Hall, Leicestershire between 4 –8 July, after which you will be certified in Spectator Safety. As the course begins at 9am on Wednesday morning, those attending the course will need to arrive on site on Tuesday 3 July.
In order to take part in the course you must be signed up to volunteer with My Cause UK at Noisily Festival. We’re looking for festival stewards to volunteer 3 x 8 hour shifts across the weekend. You’ll get free entry, training and support from an experienced team, a meal for every shift, access to staff camping and facilities, crew wristband, a place to chill and charge with other volunteers and loads of time to enjoy the festival.
