Scratch Hub Manager, Battersea Arts Centre

In mid-September 2018 we will open the Scratch Hub – Battersea Arts Centre’s new creative co-working space for creative and social entrepreneurs designed by Haworth Tompkins architects.

We are looking for someone with strong operational and administrative experience to manage the day-to-day running of the Scratch Hub; helping to establishing a thriving community of members, developing and managing administrative systems and leading the operational aspects of the hub.

Working as part of a creative team, led by the Director of Creativity and Social Change and the Scratch Hub’s Producer, you will join the Scratch Hub at the very start, developing ideas and processes which will shape members’ experiences and the operational direction of the hub. We are looking for someone who is able to be flexible and open in their approach to shaping the role as it develops. As part of this, you will work with the Producer to recruit and manage the hub’s Hosts, who will support with administration, events and membership enquiries.

We are interested in applications from people from all walks of life. Perhaps you have worked as Duty or Front of House Manager and are looking for the next step, or have experience with memberships, co-working spaces, studios or arts administration.
