Studio Administrator, Hermione de Paula

Hermione de Paula is looking for a Studio Administrator 
 
This role is an Admin and office PA based role with the opportunity to progress into other areas of the company

Main duties will include:

  • Answering all email and phone enquiries and updating contact databases
  • Maintaining strong communication with all brides in work and arranging appointments 
  • Managing the consultation and fittings calendar
  • Taking payments, filing receipts, raising and managing invoices
  • Basic accounting and book keeping
  • Updating databases and producing reports
  • Implementing systems for office efficiency 
  • Booking travel and accommodation for team members


Other duties will include:

  • Managing studio assistants 
  • Stock check and ordering supplies
  • Booking in Collections and organization shipments
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support then team


Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent recording skills and ability to produce reports
  • Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator would be a bonus
  • Ability to work under pressure 
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work within a small team
  • Confidence to liaise with all clients
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Use of Initiative
  • Enthusiasm
  • Adaptability
  • Excellent manners and self-presentation
  • Loyalty to the company and Hermione de Paula team
  • Experience in a similar role


Please be aware that you may be expected to work some evenings and weekends.
